Responsibilities

Understand partners expectations/requirements and translate into work planning
Communicate technical information effectively with team members, partner & other stake holders
Interactions with design teams and other cross functional teams.
Will be responsible for all results shared by the team by reviewing the results and providing countermeasure as needed
Help team in work execution as needed and meet project dead-line with managers support
Keep team and partner updated on project status through mail/Chat/meetings
Prepare self-explanatory reports with adequate post processing, explanations and provide directions as summary and next step

Bachelors/Masters in Mechanical/Automotive Technology from accredited Indian or Global Engineering schools.
Very good Product knowledge in Commercial Vehicles
3+ yrs. of experience in the field of Passive Safety .
Should have high degree of proficiency in LS-Dyna
Strong Problem Solving Skills
Very good understanding on the regulation requirements for Passive Safety (Homologation & Internal)
