Job Purpose Lead site / country finance, accounting, statutory compliance and reporting for the infrastructure programme. Key Responsibilities • Manage monthly close, AP/AR, payroll oversight, internal controls and FX/treasury support. • Ensure IRC, IPA, NASFUND, GST and statutory compliance. • Lead audit liaison; manage project cost accounting interface with the QS team. • Track capex / opex and provide management reporting. • Administer ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Tally) and finance team development. Requirements Qualifications • CA / CPA / ACCA qualification. • Degree in Accounting / Finance. Experience • 15+ years post-qualification experience. • Minimum 5 years in mining / EPC sector. • PNG tax & compliance knowledge essential for local hires; transferable for expat with structured handover. Key Competencies & Skills • Strong technical accounting and compliance knowledge. • ERP and systems proficiency. • Treasury, FX and cashflow management. • Audit and internal-control experience. • Leadership and team development.
