About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator to join our Marketing team at a luxury 5-star hotel. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that reflects the brand’s elegance, enhances guest engagement, and supports marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Capture and produce high-end, editorial-style photo and video content that reflects the luxury positioning of the brand, with a strong focus on storytelling and aspirational guest experiences
· Support real-time content capture for events, activations, and VIP visits when required
· Edit and deliver platform-optimized content (short-form, long-form, and stills) with fast turnaround times, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives to meet fast-paced marketing and social media deadlines
· Collaborate closely with Marketing, PR, and Operations to conceptualize and execute content that supports key campaigns, revenue-driving initiatives, and brand moments
· Work closely with paid media teams to create content that is optimized for advertising performance (Meta, Google, etc.) and monitor content performance to adapt creative outputs based on insight, engagement metrics and campaign results
· Own end-to-end production of shoots, including concept development, shot lists, styling, lighting, talent direction, and on-site execution
· Create platform-native, performance-driven content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube, with a clear understanding of what drives engagement, reach, and conversion
· Manage and maintain a structured digital asset library, ensuring content is easily accessible, properly tagged, and aligned with ongoing campaigns
· Ensure all visual output consistently reflects the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and luxury standards across all touchpoints
· Stay ahead of content trends, platform updates, and emerging formats, proactively bringing new ideas to elevate the brand’s digital presence
