Hi, we’re Smoove, part of the PEXA Group.
Our vision is to simplify and revolutionise the home moving and ownership experience for everyone. We are on a mission to deliver products and services that remove the pain, frustration, uncertainty, friction and stress that the current process creates.

We are a leading provider of tech in the property sector - founded in 2003, our product focus has been our conveyancer two-sided marketplace, connecting consumers with a range of quality conveyancers to choose from at competitive prices via our easy-to-use tech platform. We are now building out our ecosystem so consumers can benefit from our services either via their Estate Agent or their Mortgage Broker, through smarter conveyancing platforms, making the home buying or selling process easier, quicker, safer and more transparent.

About the Role

~1 min read

We’re looking for a Lender Panel Administrator to support the smooth running of lender panel operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. This is a hybrid role with travel to our Thame office a few times a month.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate law firm records, supporting compliance processes, and acting as a point of contact for both lenders and law firms. Working closely with the Lender Services Manager and wider team, you’ll help ensure high standards are met while delivering excellent service to our partners.

This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in financial services, conveyancing, or compliance.

  • Maintain and update law firm records across lender panels, ensuring compliance with lender requirements
  • Process and approve applications from law firms wishing to join lender panels
  • Support ongoing compliance checks and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Handle incoming queries from law firms and lenders via phone and email
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Provide timely and professional responses to internal and external enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Ensure high levels of data integrity and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Provide administrative support to the Lender Services Manager
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required
  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • No prior industry experience required, though an interest in conveyancing or compliance is beneficial
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Customer Focus: Committed to delivering excellent service and meeting stakeholder needs
  • Communication: Clear, professional, and confident in engaging with a range of stakeholders
  • Organisation: Able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple demands effectively
  • Relationship Building: Builds trust and maintains strong working relationships
  • Results-Driven: Focused on delivering high-quality outcomes efficiently
  • Resilience: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to change
  • Growth Mindset: Eager to learn, develop, and continuously improve
