We are looking for a motivated Group Finance Controller to join our growing finance team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in group-level finance, supporting month-end processes and strengthening financial control while working closely with the Head of Finance and collaborating with international teams across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support group month-end closing activities and related reporting.
  • Perform analytical reviews, reconciliations, and balance sheet checks.
  • Collect and validate inputs for group invoicing and intercompany recharges; support related analyses and prepare a monthly overview.
  • Assist with management reporting and variance analysis.
  • Support the forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Maintain clear documentation and adhere to established templates and deadlines.
  • Participate in ad hoc finance projects and support the implementation of new processes, controls, and reporting improvements.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in accounting, controlling, audit or group finance.
  • Good understanding of month-end closing processes and financial statements.
  • IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of Power BI and experience with AI tools are an advantage.
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is a plus.
