About the Role:
As a Senior Platform Product Manager, you will co-lead our Finance & Servicing platform domain, driving the roadmap and delivery of the systems that underpin financial operations, regulatory reporting and servicing. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of product, engineering and finance, solving complex platform challenges at scale. 

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Domain Charter, including scope, interfaces and contracts, KPIs, SLAs, compliance controls, data ownership and quality standards
  • Lead end-to-end ownership of outcomes, including long-term strategic roadmap, delivery, QA, release planning, incident leadership and continuous improvement
  • Manage cross-domain dependencies, partnering with Origination, Credit and other teams to sequence work, negotiate trade-offs, coordinate cutovers and ensure backward-compatible interface versioning
  • Lead strategic platform initiatives such as ledger capability rollouts, reporting services or platform rebuilds, from business case through to delivery
  • Oversee regulatory and partner reporting, ensuring timeliness, accuracy and robust error handling across reporting obligations.
  • Support warehouse and servicing operations, including BAU reporting, trustee or treasury deliverables, and platform readiness for warehouse lifecycle activities
  • Maintain and communicate the platform roadmap, ensuring stakeholder alignment while identifying bottlenecks, technical debt and redesign opportunities
  • Partner closely with architects and engineering leadership to shape a cohesive platform strategy and delivery approach
  • Provide clear stakeholder and executive communication on progress, risks and key decisions, and facilitate governance and design forums
  • Act as a leader within the product and engineering teams by driving continuous improvement in product management practices and mentoring junior team members
  • 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience in platform or core financial systems
  • Experience in two or more of the following areas: core banking or ledger platforms, payments and reconciliations, securitisation or warehouse platforms, or financial/regulatory reporting
  • Proven experience owning finance or post-origination platform domains end-to-end, including incident leadership and control outcomes
  • Experience leading major platform rebuilds or foundational service improvements across multiple teams
  • Strong systems thinking and technical fluency, with the ability to work closely with engineers on platform architecture, data flows, APIs and financial controls
  • Excellent stakeholder management, structured problem solving and executive communication skills
  • Experience with Australian lending and reporting frameworks (CCR or ATO) is desirable but not essential
  • Exposure to payment rails, securitisation, servicer reporting or data governance and control frameworks is desirable but not essential
