The Director of Engineering, Americas is a senior leadership role that functions as a hybrid between strategic management and a hands-on individual contributor (IC). In this role, you will own engineering execution across our company's Americas engineering presence — expanding across the region — while serving as the senior technical leader driving nova platform delivery during Americas hours. You will report directly to the CTO and operate as a peer to the Director of Engineering, EMEA, collectively owning the full-cycle engineering roadmap for nova: our company's proprietary AI-powered marketing intelligence platform.
Day-to-day, you will lead AI-assisted engineering, coach direct reports, unblock engineering challenges, and maintain the quality bar across features and infrastructure. At the same time, you will be managing and mentoring the Americas engineering hub, and supporting strategic growth. You will be a critical link in our follow-the-sun engineering model — ensuring that product development, QA handoffs, and operational coverage flow seamlessly between Americas and EMEA time zones.
