PLI is searching for a multimedia professional to fill the role of Studio Technician (On-Call) (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). Work in a collaborative environment with a diverse, employee community.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate a variety of cameras to capture high-quality footage. Adjust camera settings such as exposure, focus, and composition to achieve desired visual outcomes.

Switch between camera feeds, graphics, and other video inputs to create a polished and professional production.

Monitor and adjust audio levels to maintain clear and balanced sound quality. Ensure to place lavalier on speaker correctly.

Responsibilities

→Maintain effective and professional relationships within the Multimedia department and through the organization.
→Teleprompter knowledge
→Communicate effectively with Multimedia management.
→Post-Production editing
→Maintain and organize studio equipment. Perform routine equipment checks and assist in equipment setup and breakdown.
→Other duties, as assigned.

Requirements

1-3 years of production experience in entertainment, web, broadcast or cable television required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Video Production is a plus.
Proficiency is necessary in Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Production Suite
Must have experience in corporate events.
Must be able to work responsibly on own, but also to interact professionally with a wide range of internal clients.
Switcher Experience a plus.
Audio experience a plus.
Must display a willingness to juggle multiple projects and calmly meet challenging deadlines.

What We Offer

$30.00 - $32.00 per hour
