Role: Marketing Lead - Fractional/Contract Role

Day rate: £150-£200

Time required: Fractional, 1-2 days per month

Project duration: 3 months (rolling contract)

Location: Remote in the UK with occasional meetings with our management team in London

Project Blackbook helps consulting firms access high-quality independent talent quickly, flexibly, and with less friction than traditional recruitment models. We’re looking for a fractional marketing consultant to help sharpen how we show up in the market, build credibility with the right audiences, and turn strong commercial momentum into consistent visibility and demand.

• Create and deliver marketing activity that supports Blackbook’s wider growth strategy
• Increase marketing output across channels, including regular LinkedIn and content activity
• Support campaign execution and broader top-of-funnel marketing initiatives

• 1.5+ years of B2B marketing experience
• Ability to turn strategy into practical delivery with minimal oversight
• Strong understanding of content, digital marketing, and lead generation activity
• Nice to have: Experience in the recruitment/talent industry
• Nice to have: Experience in the consulting industry
