Remittance Support Analyst

• →Research and resolve technical issues pertaining to remittance processes.
• →Monitor remittance transmissions between Quadax and payers.
• →Work with payers to obtain missing remits.
• →Setup and maintain remittance parameters, Xpeditor settings, 835 splits, posting files, and mapping NPI to the corresponding client code.
• →Assist with testing remittance enhancements and bug fixes for Xpeditor releases.
• →Configure and support custom remittance reports for clients.
• →Complete analysis and gather information for remittance enhancement requests.
• →Analyze and interpret ANSI 835 data 
• →Other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of EDI a plus
• Problem solving skills
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail – working with clients and internal departments
• Ability to set priorities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Range: $19/hr.-$22/hr.
