SAP CO Lead

S/4HANA implementation project 

• Lead SAP CO workstream in an S/4HANA environment
• Prepare and facilitate Fit/Gap workshops with business stakeholders
• Design, configure, and implement SAP CO processes
• Manage key areas including:
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing
  • Margin Analysis (CO-PA in S/4HANA)
  • Support Transfer Pricing processes and intercompany flows
  • Ensure proper FI–CO integration and alignment with other functional areas
  • Lead functional topics and coordinate a small team
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project

Strong hands-on experience as an SAP CO Consultant, preferably in S/4HANA projects

Proven experience in leading Fit/Gap workshops

Deep knowledge of SAP CO components (CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Product Costing)

Solid experience with Margin Analysis (S/4HANA CO-PA)

Experience with Transfer Pricing and intercompany processes

Strong process design and configuration expertise in SAP CO

Leadership skills with the ability to coordinate a small team

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Good understanding of FI–CO integration

Fluent English

SAP CO or S/4HANA Finance certification
