Join our Paris team as a Strategic Projects Lead, operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution. You will lead high-impact initiatives across the firm, partnering closely with senior leadership to structure complex problems, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, connecting research, technology, and business teams to translate ideas into tangible outcomes.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Business Projects

→Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives across major business units
→Support business development efforts with key internal and external stakeholders
→Structure complex problems and translate them into clear, actionable execution plans

Research, Technology & Innovation

→Participate in technical deep dives (architecture, tooling, automation) when required
→Prototype lightweight solutions where appropriate
→Bridge research, technology, and business teams to accelerate impact

Operations & Execution

→Handle high-level administrative and operational topics when required
→Ensure strong follow-through across stakeholders and projects
→Travel occasionally to support key initiatives

Experience

6–10 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, startup, or high-performance corporate environments
Exposure to quantitative or data-driven environments is a strong plus
Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-disciplinary initiatives from structuring through execution

Skills

Strong analytical background (e.g., mathematics, finance, engineering, physics, or similar disciplines)
Excellent structured thinking and communication skills
Fluency in English and French required; additional languages are a plus
Comfortable with technology (Python, automation and AI tools, cloud basics, Cursor AI, Claude Code)
Strong problem-solving capabilities with an execution-oriented mindset
