Portfolio Delivery Lead, Global Business Applications

As a Delivery Leader within our Global Business Applications (GBA) practice, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful execution and delivery across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 CE applications, large Dynamics Business Central deployments, and analytics solutions. As part of our consulting organization, this role is focused on driving delivery excellence, operational consistency, and successful client outcomes across complex engagements. This is a strategic, client-facing role focused on guiding consulting teams to successfully deliver complex transformation initiatives across a portfolio of key accounts. You will partner closely with project managers and consultant delivery teams to provide direction, oversight, and support throughout the client engagement lifecycle, ensuring solutions are delivered with quality, consistency and measurable business impact. You may also serve as an executive sponsor on select accounts, engaging directly with clients across major portfolios and supporting escalation as needed to maintain strong client relationships.

As a portfolio delivery manager, you will also take a leading role in evolving and standardizing delivery practices across the Global Business Applications team, including methodologies, templates, DevOps structures, standard procedures, and sales to delivery handoff process. This includes approaches that include both traditional waterfall delivery methods and hybrid agile methodologies that is aligned with Success by Design.

Success in this role requires a strong blend of business acumen, delivery leadership, and the ability to align technology solutions to meaningful business outcomes for our clients.

- Provide oversight across multiple Dynamics programs, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across the implementation of Business Applications

- Partner closely with Project Managers and delivery teams to maintain strong program execution, clear communication, and high customer satisfaction

- Proactively manage risks, escalations, and dependencies across complex, multi-workstream programs

- Act as the primary point of contact for our largest accounts, building credibility with executive stakeholders

- Engage directly with our clients, internal resources, and Microsoft to resolve escalations and points of friction within a complex delivery model

- Own the health of our implementation accounts—tracking KPIs, delivery quality, financial performance, and client satisfaction

- Partner with Quisitive leadership and go-to-market teams to report on performance and shape future opportunities, as well as transference to managed support.

- Identify opportunities to expand services, introduce new solutions, and drive long-term customer value where appropriate

- Mentor team members and help foster a strong, collaborative, high-performing delivery environment

- Support resource planning and capacity forecasting across engagements

- Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer excellence

- You build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and become a go-to advisor

- Your programs run smoothly, with high quality delivery and minimal escalation

- You bring clarity, structure, and confidence to complex transformation efforts

- You stay aligned with Microsoft applications, Fasttrack and business processes and incorporate within our Business Application tools

- 7+ years in delivery leadership, program management, or consulting roles within ERP or business applications

- Deep experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 CE,   or Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations

- Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain, or operational workflows within ERP systems

- Experience overseeing large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation programs

- Knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, including integrations with Power Platform, data & analytics, and Azure services

- Expertise with Microsoft implementation methodologies and best practices

- Ability to connect business needs to technology solutions and articulate clear value

- Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proven ability to influence decisions and guide stakeholders through complex changes

- Skilled in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape

- Confident decision maker with a high level of accountability
