About the role:
You will have to work on issues/queries raised by Merchants, Customers or Banks in relation to Settlement, Refunds, Transactions, Payments etc. You will have to deal with different Banks for quick resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
● Carrying day to day reconciliations along with Nodal reconciliations.
● Analyzing the Exceptions that are found while carrying the reconciliation.
● Highlight and report the issues on a timely manner to avoid any Revenue Leakages.
● Providing Innovative inputs to the automation of the reconciliation wherever necessary.
● Work with the Tech team for fixing Payments, Refund and Settlement issues
● Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on weekly and monthly basis. Month End Deliverables: Cost reports, Gross margin analysis.
● Assisting in preparing the Daily/Weekly reports to management
● Dealing with other teams specially Support / Sales for resolution of queries. Handling things which impact inflow and outflow of funds at transaction level.
● Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on weekly and monthly basis
What do we expect from you?
● Bachelor’s degree.
● Good communication and writing skills.
● Good analytical skills.
● MS Office knowledge is mandatory Reconciliation Experience is must.
● Understanding of AI
