Property Viewings Assistant

A growing property investment company is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Property Viewings Assistant, 5 - 10 hours a week to start to support its property acquisition process. The successful candidate will be confident on the phone, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using digital tools to manage leads, schedule viewings, and create property summaries. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised individual who enjoys engaging with property sellers in a courteous and professional manner. Responsibilities: Contact property sellers via phone and SMS through the Go High Level (GHL) platform to gather key information, including property address, approximate value, and other relevant details. Use a supplied ChatGPT prompt to generate a clear, accurate, and concise one-page property summary for internal review. Schedule property viewings using the GHL calendar, ensuring accurate booking details and maintaining professional communication throughout. Maintain up-to-date records of seller interactions and viewing appointments within the GHL system. Demonstrate excellent telephone etiquette and provide courteous, professional service at all times. Liaise with the internal property team as needed to support the acquisition process. Requirements Experience in customer service, property assistance, administrative support, or a similar role. Strong telephone etiquette and confidence when communicating with property sellers. Comfort using digital platforms — ideally Go High Level (training can be provided). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple interactions efficiently. Ability to work independently, with high attention to detail. Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup.
