Call Centre Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Call Centre Agent to support a UK-based employer in delivering excellent customer service over the phone and via digital channels. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.

• →Manage and support inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
• →Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and accuracy
• →Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
• →Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer interactions, and case resolutions
• →Use relevant tools such as CRM platforms, call centre software, and ticketing systems
• →Support the wider team with quality assurance, script adherence, and performance targets
• →Identify opportunities to improve first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores

• 1+ years of experience in a call centre, customer service, or a related role
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in CRM or call centre software platforms
• Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
• Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, a headset, and a quiet working environment
