We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to support a UK-based employer in leading a remote sales team and driving revenue growth. This role is ideal for a South African professional who is organised, proactive, and confident working with UK teams remotely.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and support a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
- →Handle pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance coaching for team members
- →Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders across time zones
- →Maintain accurate records of sales activity, CRM data, and revenue reports
- →Use relevant tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales enablement platforms
- →Support the wider business with territory planning, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution
- →Identify opportunities to grow the sales pipeline and improve close rates
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a team and multiple sales priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience working with UK-based clients or employers is advantageous
- Must have a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet working environment
