We are looking for an entry-level Email Marketing Assistant to support UK-based clients in managing their email campaigns and customer communications. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across South Africa — no prior experience is required, as full training and onboarding are provided.

  Assist in creating and scheduling email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot

  Write and proofread email copy to ensure clarity, tone, and accuracy

  Segment email lists and manage subscriber data

  Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

  Assist with A/B testing of subject lines and content

  Maintain email templates and ensure brand consistency

  Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with broader strategies

• Strong written English communication skills

• Basic understanding of email marketing concepts (training provided)

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design and copy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms

• No formal qualifications required — a willingness to learn is essential

• Reliable laptop or desktop computer
