About Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, and management of Identity and
Access Management (IAM) solutions using the ForgeRock platform. The role requires a deep understanding of IAM concepts, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

The candidate has an extensive knowledge of the ForgeRock platform, gathered by several years of experience actively working on the platform.

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement IAM solutions using the ForgeRock platform.
Configure and customize ForgeRock components such as AM, IDM, DS, and IG.
Design and deploy IAM policies and procedures to ensure secure access to systems.
Designing connectors for the identity lifecycle management.
Setting up data quality checks and keeping all the different sources in sync.
Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems within the enterprise.
Perform maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
Monitor and troubleshoot IAM issues, providing timely resolutions and improvements.
Collaborate with analyst to gather requirements and deliver correct solutions.
Document IAM processes, configurations, and changes.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IAM and security technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience working with the Forgerock platform.
Extensive knowledge of AM, IDM and DS.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, protocols, and standards (e.g., SAML, OAuth, …)
Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Groovy).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Experience with Azure AD is a plus.
Relevant certifications in IAM or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are a plus.
