Our technicians support multiple robotics platforms, delivering preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services in real-world environments.
Robo Reliance is a fast-growing, early-stage robotics field services company building a nationwide network of skilled technicians.
We are seeking a hands-on Robotics Technician to support local client deployments in the 92331 area.
This is a part-time, project-based role, ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills who is comfortable working independently on-site.
Technicians may participate in onboarding and field training based on client needs.
*This role is ideal for someone looking to supplement their income with flexible, project-based work, rather than replace a full-time position.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Diagnose, repair, and maintain robotic systems
- →Perform preventative maintenance and respond to service requests
- →Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and basic software issues
- →Work directly with customers in professional, on-site environments
- →Document service work, findings, and repairs clearly
- →Stay current on robotics tools, systems, and best practices
- Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on technician or field service experience
- Ability to work independently on-site
- Good communication with customers
- Reliable and professional work style
Requirements

- PLC exposure, Allen-Bradley or Siemens
- Field service experience with customer interaction
- Preventative maintenance and repair experience
- Technical documentation experience
