We’re searching for a USA based Healthcare Technician to work as Document Control Specialist to join our oneSOURCE team, so that we can provide support for our oneSOURCE database. The Document Control Specialist will fulfill SDS and other document requests to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information within our database.

 

  • Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare facilities to obtain requested documents

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively in order to provide excellent customer service and support

  • Conduct research in order to validate product information and documentation

  • Accurately input and verify data into the oneSOURCE database in order to ensure data integrity and consistency

  • Collaborate with database team members and managers to ensure quality and efficiency

 

  • Previous working experience working as a Healthcare Technician, such as a pharmacy technician, surgical technician, dental technician, lab technician, etc

  • Proven success consistently maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • In-depth knowledge on how to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work hybrid from one of our local offices or work from home in a private, distraction-free environment

  • A knack for working both independently and as part of a team
