Responsibilities

- →Partner closely with Strategic Account Managers to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities while supporting account plans and broader market development initiatives.
- →Lead technical marketing activities, including creating presentations, product literature, competitive analyses, and managing the technical library.
- →Train and coach Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Distribution teams on product performance, value propositions, and application best practices.
- →Deliver direct customer-facing technical support, such as processing troubleshooting, material selection, and quality complaint resolution.
- →Support new market penetration by gathering Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, contributing to new product development, and providing deep technical expertise across global product portfolios.
- →Lead customer workshops and technical training sessions to elevate industry understanding of Roehm’s products and capabilities.
- →Contribute to global technical exchanges, material approvals, industry association engagement, and maintenance of key quality accreditations such as ISO 9001, A2LA, and IATF 16949.
Salary range $95,900 - $143,900 per year. The posted salary range reflects the national average for this role. Final compensation may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus in addition to base salary.

WHAT WE ARE SEEKING
- Minimum 5 years in the plastics industry, with strong injection molding expertise; extrusion, automotive, or lighting experience is a plus.
- Strong background in polymer science and processing technologies such as injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming.
- Ability to advise on molding conditions, troubleshooting, and mold/part design; proficiency with CAE modeling software required.
- Familiarity with engineering polymers, PMMA, or transparent materials preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, SAP; Moldflow experience a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing abilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international trips.
