We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented HR Coordinator – Expatriate & Local Senior Staff Services to support the management of expatriate employees and senior national staff while serving as a key liaison between RGM and the Group Human Resources Department.
In this role, you will coordinate the recruitment, selection, onboarding, employment, and retention of expatriate employees, while providing HR support and services to senior national staff. You will assist in implementing and maintaining human resource management systems that support RGM's operational and business objectives, ensuring an effective workforce supply and organizational efficiency. The position requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills to support the successful and sustainable growth of RGM's overseas operations.

Strictly implement the Group's HR management systems, salary and welfare, performance appraisal and other system standards, and complete the HR data statistics, report submission, process approval and other work assigned by the Group on time.

Be responsible for the communication and coordination of HR work between the mine and the Group, timely synchronize the mine's HR demand, employment status, talent training and other information, and implement the Group's overseas HR strategic deployment.

Connect with the Group to complete the filing, approval and cross-regional HR allocation related work of expatriate posted staff and local senior talents.

Assist the team Lead to do the labor rights compliance audits for Chinese contractors, ensuring workforce practices are in full compliance with local labor laws and corporate ESG standards.

Management of expatriates and senior nationals.

Overall manage the full process of expatriate posting, including onboarding procedures, local compliance filing and other matters.

Be responsible for the local living security and cultural integration support of expatriates, coordinate and solve various problems in work and life, and improve the posting experience.

Connect with the Group to complete the performance appraisal, salary payment, welfare fulfillment and offboarding handover of expatriates, and do a good job in the full-process account management.

Carry out the recruitment and search of expatriates in combination with RGM's production and operation needs and establish a talent pool.

Assist in establishing an incentive and retention mechanism for local senior talents, optimize the incentive plan combined with local culture and salary market level, and reduce the turnover rate of core talents.

Assist in the daily management of RGM's employee team, organize team building activities, and maintain a good corporate culture and team atmosphere.

Support the lead in overseeing compliance with Suriname local payroll taxation and statutory requirements, including accurate PAYE filing, social security contributions, and cross-border tax management for expatriates and senior national employees.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in expatriate management, international HR, employee relations, or talent acquisition.
Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee support services.
Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment is highly desirable
Strong reporting, documentation, and record management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Willingness to work in Brokopondo on a rotational schedule of 14 days on, 2 days off.
A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Bewijs van Goed Gedrag) must be provided upon selection.
