As a Project Manager – Software Delivery, you will act as the execution engine behind product delivery, helping teams stay aligned, removing friction, and ensuring visibility across stakeholders.
You won’t need to write code—but you will play a key role in making sure the work gets delivered.
Role Overview
The Project Manager – Software Delivery supports Product, Engineering, and QA teams by organizing, tracking, and coordinating software releases and delivery milestones.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for keeping plans on track, ensuring communication flows across teams, and proactively identifying risks before they impact delivery.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including U.S.-based stakeholders, helping ensure smooth coordination across time zones and functions.
What You’ll Do
Delivery Planning & Execution
- Support planning and execution of SaaS features, hardware integrations, and software releases
- Track delivery milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks across Product, Engineering, and QA
- Maintain delivery plans, schedules, and tracking tools (Jira or similar)
- Ensure alignment between teams on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
Coordination & Follow-Through
- Follow up with team members to ensure commitments and action items are completed
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to keep delivery moving forward
- Ensure readiness for releases by confirming QA, documentation, and approvals are completed
- Help identify and resolve gaps before they impact delivery
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and share status updates, release summaries, and delivery reports
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and track next steps
- Provide visibility into progress, risks, and blockers
- Escalate issues early to the appropriate stakeholders
Process Improvement
- Improve delivery tracking, reporting, and communication processes over time
- Help standardize workflows and tools to support scalable delivery
- Contribute to building efficient, repeatable delivery practices
What You Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, delivery, or operations roles
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) for working with global teams
- Basic understanding of SaaS or cloud-based products
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, or similar
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Comfortable working across multiple teams and time zones
Nice to Have
- Exposure to APIs, cloud platforms, or software delivery environments
- Familiarity with hardware integrations, embedded systems, or edge devices
- Experience working with physical access control, vision, or camera systems
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
