As a Technical Product Manager, you will ensure that what Engineering builds is clearly defined, well-documented, and successfully delivered to internal teams and customers. You will help bridge the gap between technical development and business understanding—making complex features usable, understandable, and scalable.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants to grow deeper into product management while working closely with engineering teams and real product delivery.
Role Overview
The Technical Product Manager supports Product and Engineering teams in delivering new features and products from development through release and adoption.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will work closely with engineers to understand system behavior, document product capabilities, and enable internal teams and customers through clear communication and training.
You will also help gather feedback and contribute to shaping future product direction through insights and roadmap support.
What You’ll Do
Product Development & Execution
- Partner with Engineering to understand features, system behavior, and technical architecture
- Participate in sprint reviews, demos, and testing to build deep product knowledge
- Document feature functionality, use cases, and limitations
- Support release planning and execution alongside Product leadership
Documentation & Enablement
- Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal guides
- Develop training materials and enablement content for Sales, Support, and Operations
- Build clear, user-friendly explanations of technical features
- Support internal and external product demos and walkthroughs
Go-to-Market Support
- Coordinate product launches and feature releases across teams
- Ensure internal teams are prepared to support and sell new features
- Assist with training sessions and rollout communications
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers and internal stakeholders
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work across Product, Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, and Operations
- Track feature readiness, documentation status, and release deliverables
- Ensure smooth handoffs between development, release, and support teams
- Identify gaps in communication, documentation, or readiness and proactively address them
Product Insights & Roadmap Support
- Collect feedback from users, customers, and internal teams
- Identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Support roadmap development with structured insights and recommendations
What You Bring
- 4+ years of experience in product, project coordination, technical documentation, or software delivery roles
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Experience working with both software and hardware-enabled products
- Ability to understand technical systems and translate them into clear, usable content
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
Nice to Have
- Experience with SaaS platforms, cloud systems, or data-driven products
- Familiarity with identity, access control, or smart building technologies
- Exposure to privacy frameworks, federated identity, or machine learning concepts
- Experience working with distributed or international teams
