  • Develop a national network of certified partner implementation specialists with relevant public sector
    clearances and compliance expertise.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders, including a dedicated public sector sales
    organization.
  • Participate in national and regional public sector events, industry conferences (e.g., ACT-IAC, AFCEA, RSA
Public Sector), and agency-focused partner activities to generate pipeline.
  • 8–10 years of partner management experience in enterprise software, with a significant focus on U.S.
    public sector markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate existing partner networks and establish new relationships within the
    federal and SLED ecosystems.
  • Experience partnering with public sector solution providers, government-focused consultants, and large
systems integrators (e.g., Leidos, SAIC, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Federal).
  • Proven success in pipeline generation and quota attainment within federal civilian, DoD/Intel, and/or state
    and local government segments.
  • Familiarity with government procurement vehicles, contract mechanisms, and compliance frameworks
(e.g., GSA, SEWP, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, CMMC).
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including public sector marketing, contracts, and
    legal.
  • Cybersecurity and identity experience strongly preferred; familiarity with ICAM (Identity, Credential, and
Access Management) frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to obtain or maintain a security clearance is a plus.
