Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol

As a Security Officer Full Time Customer Service Patrol in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a chemical/petrochemical location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

• →Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• →Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, access concerns, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• →Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, perimeter, access points, and parking areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• →Monitor and control access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
• →Report hazards, equipment concerns, policy violations, and other unusual conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision in accordance with established procedures.

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
