Responsibilities
~1 min read- Comfortable with basic computer systems and incident reporting software
- Perform front desk customer service and handle administrative tasks.
- Provide a prompt, efficient, and polite response to both visitors and internal customers face to face, via the telephone, and e-mail communication
- Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other property staff.
- Maintain a professional attitude towards training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications.
- Address and resolve resident complaints, ensuring total client satisfaction.
- Support property management with any additional tasks as required.
Requirements
~1 min read- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with strong reading, writing, and comprehension skills to produce clear and concise reports and understand rules, regulations, policies, and similar instructions.
- Exceptional customer service experience; preferably where face-to-face contact with the public was required
- Eligible to work in Canada for 40 hours per week.
- Hold a valid Security Guard License.
- Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED, or equivalent work experience.
