Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Make outbound calls to merchants to conduct customer service surveys
- →Clearly communicate company products/services and generate interest
- →Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- →Manage web generated leads to provide to sales team
- →Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments
- →Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
- →Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Requirements
