The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Designer to join our Regional Marketing team in Malaysia.

You’ll be part of a high-performing Creative team producing high-quality, conversion-driven artwork across digital, mobile/app, and offline channels. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who cares deeply about craft, detail, and delivering work that performs.

You thrive in fast-paced environments, can move from performance banners to OOH billboards seamlessly, and understand how to adapt ideas across formats without losing impact.
  • Creative Development & Execution
  • Produce high-quality creative assets across digital (social, paid media, CRM, app/web) and offline channels (OOH, print, retail, on-ground activations).
  • Develop campaign visuals that scale cohesively across formats and placements.
  • Execute adaptations and resizing with strong attention to composition — not just mechanical adjustments.
  • Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines while meeting performance and commercial objectives.
  •
  • Offline & Production Excellence
  • Prepare artwork for large-format and print production, including OOH, transit ads, in-store displays, and event materials.
  • Understand print specifications, colour systems (CMYK/Pantone), bleed, finishing, and production requirements.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors where needed to ensure final output quality.
  •
  • Process & Collaboration
  • Follow established creative workflows and ensure production-ready, error-free delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects of varying complexity while meeting tight timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, Growth teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and collective campaign success.
  •
  • Quality & Ownership
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across typography, layout, imagery, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Ensure creative is optimised for both platform requirements and real-world environments.
  • Take ownership of tasks end-to-end with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant design experience, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce, tech, or agency environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
  • Solid offline design experience is a must (OOH, print, large-format production).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to execute across both digital and offline specifications confidently.
  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a collaborative team environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin to support regional market needs.
  • A portfolio showcasing well-crafted work across multiple formats (digital and offline).
  •
  • Good to Have
  • Experience designing for different target audiences across global markets (e.g. Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong), with sensitivity to cultural nuance and localisation.
  • Proficiency in another language to support regional collaboration.
  • Basic video editing or motion skills (e.g. After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience working on performance-driven or conversion-led creative.
