Energy Performance Analyst Intern

Purpose of the Job : Planning, regulating and monitoring the energy use in HTMW to ensure efficiency and effective allocation, and evaluating energy use/consumption and putting in place / suggesting new policies and changes where needed. The role will also be responsible to support and coordinate with the energy team; working with NOC, the Zonal Managers, FS on the ground to assure the adherence, efficiency, and compliance with the operational set targets of the RMS system. Providing the energy consolidating report (FGU) and interpreting the monthly reports 2. To Monitor sites batteries movements and produce daily, weekly and monthly report 3. To keep accurate records and regularly collect energy monitoring data 4. To provide Daily fuel update to Managements and other stakeholders 5. Tracking fuel and Grid Token budgets, analysing change and advising accordingly 6. Monitoring and interpreting the energy budgets/ usage and predicting future trends 7. Ensuring the timely attendance of the fuel and Grid Token from the manager’s, analyse and approve bulk fuel requests from MPs after ensuring the requests are justifiable. 8. Coordinate with the team and (if required) other stakeholders in carrying-out surprise fuel checks at site or fuel stations depots. 9. Offering training if needed to other stakeholders (Internal & External) 10. Ensuring the instituted policies and procedures on fuel and grid controls on fuel deliveries / supplied / grid token deliveries/ Top-up and followed by MPs and fuel suppliers. 11. Ensuring the required reports are provided on agreed timing and any corrective or action required is done 12.
