SkyePoint Decisions is seeking a Cyber Hunt Senior Analyst to join our team supporting the Department of Education’s (DoED) Federal Student Aid (FSA) Cybersecurity and Privacy Support Services (CPSS) in Washington, DC.

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

→Provides strategic oversight and technical leadership for threat hunting, CTI, and SOC analysts.
→Advises on threat modeling, adversary emulation, and Purple Team exercises.
→Supports inter-agency collaboration and national-level threat intelligence sharing.
→Leads development of threat detection frameworks and analytics.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in cybersecurity and threat intelligence.
Deep knowledge of behavioral analytics, threat actor profiling, and detection engineering.
Experience with but not limited to MITRE ATT&CK, and CISA threat hunting guidance.
Strong communication to include writing skills.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must be able to obtain a Public Trust.

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000
