Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a relationship-driven and socially savvy UGC & Ambassador Relationships Manager to help grow Luminar’s global creator ecosystem.

This role sits at the intersection of influencer marketing, community building, creator partnerships, and brand advocacy. Your mission will be to help turn photographers and creators into long-term brand advocates who genuinely love and recommend Luminar.

You will work closely with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Partnerships, and Product teams to grow Luminar’s visibility, trust, and cultural relevance in photography communities worldwide.

Main goal:

Build and scale a creator- and community-driven growth engine that increases brand awareness, trust, and Word of Mouth for Luminar across social platforms and local markets. This person will help transform creator relationships into a measurable brand growth channel through ambassador programs, creator collaborations, social listening, and influencer activation frameworks.

Responsibilities:

Ambassador Program (50%)

• Build and scale Luminar’s Ambassador Program from existing users and community members.
• Identify loyal users, photographers, and creators who could become long-term brand advocates.
• Develop ambassador onboarding, communication, activation, and retention processes.
• Maintain regular relationships and communication with ambassadors.
• Coordinate ambassador-led offline events, initiatives, and social activations.
• Help create a sense of belonging and community among ambassadors.
• Track ambassador participation, engagement, retention, and content output.

Influencer & Creator Marketing (50%)

• Identify and onboard creators, photographers, educators, and niche influencers across priority markets.
• Build long-term creator partnerships instead of one-off sponsorships.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, campaigns, and product launch activations.
• Develop a scalable influencer marketing workflow and relationship management system.
• Track creator performance, mentions, reach, engagement, sentiment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to amplify launches and campaigns through creators.
• Research creator ecosystems, photography communities, platform trends, and market opportunities.
• Support the growth of creator presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience building or supporting ambassador programs, creator communities, or advocacy initiatives for consumer brands, tech products, SaaS, apps, or creative tools.
• Hands-on experience working with influencers, creators, photographers, educators, or online communities across Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms.
• Understanding of influencer marketing workflows including creator sourcing, outreach, onboarding, relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking.
• Experience working with creators and influencers across US and European markets, with understanding of local creator ecosystems, communication styles, and cultural nuances.
• Ability to build long-term creator relationships and community trust, not only transactional sponsorship campaigns.
• Experience measuring influencer and community impact through metrics such as engagement, reach, mentions, sentiment, Share of Voice, UGC volume, and creator performance.
• Strong English communication skills (C1 level).
