Brand Content Creator / Social Media Storyteller

About the Brand We are building more than a clothing brand. We are building a movement centered around mindset, inspiration, positivity, and emotional connection. Our goal is to create content that genuinely impacts people. The type of content that makes someone stop scrolling, feel something, and walk away more inspired, motivated, or emotionally connected than before. Eventually, the brand will expand into merchandise and apparel including sweatshirts, lifestyle products, and community-driven campaigns. But right now, the primary focus is building the brand identity, emotional message, and online presence through powerful content. About the Role We are looking for a highly creative content creator and brand-minded storyteller who understands how to create emotion through social media. This is not a basic posting role. We need someone who can help build a real identity and movement online through short-form content, AI-generated reels/videos, storytelling, branding, and creative direction. The ideal candidate understands psychology, emotional storytelling, internet culture, and how to create content that resonates deeply with people. Responsibilities ● Create emotionally-driven social media content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms ● Develop inspirational, motivational, and mindset-focused content ideas ● Produce AI-generated reels, visuals, videos, and creative assets ● Help shape the overall voice, vibe, and emotional direction of the brand ● Create viral-style short-form videos designed to connect emotionally with viewers ● Assist with logo concepts, branding direction, aesthetic consistency, and brand identity ● Research trends, hooks, audio, storytelling formats, and emotional content styles ● Write captions, scripts, and messaging that feel authentic and impactful ● Help build a loyal audience and community around the brand ● Collaborate closely with the founder to bring ideas and vision to life Requirements ● Strong experience creating engaging social media content ● Deep understanding of short-form content and emotional storytelling ● Experience using AI tools for video generation, editing, voiceovers, visuals, or creative production ● Strong creative instincts and understanding of branding ● Ability to create content that feels authentic, emotional, and inspiring ● Experience building or growing personal brands, communities, or lifestyle brands is a major plus ● Strong English communication skills ● Ability to think independently and bring original ideas consistently Ideal Candidate ● You naturally think in content. ● You notice what makes people feel inspired, emotional, motivated, or connected online. ● You understand how to turn a message into a movement. ● You are not just editing videos. ● You are helping shape a brand people emotionally connect with.
