Why Soben?
We´re an award-winning construction consultancy with bold ambitions and a clear vision for the future. Since our founding in 2011, we've made significant progress, but now, we’re entering a new chapter of accelerated growth and transformation.
This is a truly exciting time to join our team. We're aiming to grow to 1,000 professionals worldwide by 2030, expanding both in our existing markets and into new regions to support a growing portfolio of capital projects.
In March 2025, Soben was acquired by Accenture, marking a major milestone in our journey. This strategic alliance combines Accenture’s innovation and digital capabilities with Soben’s deep industry expertise and commercial know-how. As part of Accenture’s Industry X – Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice, we are now positioned to reshape the future of capital project delivery, leveraging technology and insight to deliver better, faster, and more sustainable outcomes for our clients in a rapidly evolving global market.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Environmental and Land Project Manager / Permitting Project Manager to support large-scale, mission-critical data center developments across Santiago and other strategic locations in Latin America.
This role will lead environmental permitting, land development strategy, and site due diligence activities throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, mitigation of project risks, and timely permit acquisition to support hyperscale data center construction projects. The position requires strong coordination with cross-functional teams, regulatory agencies, consultants, and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-impact construction environment
