Support the Membership team in delivering a seamless member experience while assisting with applications, renewals, payments and day-to-day membership administration. This is an excellent opportunity to develop experience in membership, hospitality and customer relations.

Responsibilities

Assist with processing new membership applications and supporting Membership Committee meetings.
→
Follow up with members on joining and renewal fees through phone and email.
→
Support new member onboarding, including preparing membership packs and RFID cards.
→
Maintain accurate member records and assist with card replacements and member information updates.
→
Monitor outstanding payments and support renewal and expiry processes.
→
Assist with waiting list management and member enquiries.
→
Support the Membership Manager with day-to-day administrative requirements.
→
Maintain membership stationery, cards and other supplies.

Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, administration or a similar role preferred.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers and records.
Positive, proactive and member-focused attitude.
