Provide 24/7 VIP support to online gaming platform users, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and escalations on all contact points of Online Gaming Dept. Familiarity with CRM tools and software, as well as a good understanding of the online gaming platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players, understanding their needs, preferences, and behaviors to enhance their overall gaming experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to VIP support and player satisfaction. Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions with VIP players to gather insights and address concerns. Work closely with the PD on premise/CRM/Marketing/ Customer Support and Products team to support strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and growth targets. Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in all interactions with VIP players and stakeholders.
