We are a high-velocity marketing firm managing 16 distinct restaurant brands. We are seeking a dual-threat Meta Ads & Creative Specialist to own the technical execution of our paid social campaigns and the visual identity of our digital communications.

This is a role for a seasoned practitioner who is ready to hit the ground running. We are not providing training on Meta Ads; you must arrive on day one with a proven track record of launching and optimizing successful campaigns. When you aren't in the Ads Manager, you will be in Canva, transforming raw assets and verbiage into "next-level" email templates and marketing materials that break the mold of standard restaurant advertising.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Launch & Management: Own the end-to-end execution of Meta Ads across the entire 16-brand portfolio.
  • Technical Mastery: Implement and manage campaigns with total autonomy. You should be an expert in audience targeting, ad set structure, and technical troubleshooting within the Meta ecosystem.
  • Measurable Success: Focus on driving real-world results (foot traffic, online orders, and engagement) through high-performance ad placements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the CMO to execute the broader strategy; while the CMO handles high-level analytics, you own the tactical "levers" and execution.
  • High-Volume Design: Produce approximately 50 bespoke email templates per month. You will take raw photos, verbiage, and concepts and assemble them into professional, high-impact designs.
  • Canva Mastery: Utilize Canva to its full potential to create aesthetically pleasing, brand-aligned assets for social media and email.
  • Brand Elevation: We aren't looking for "standard" work. Your goal is to take existing materials and "bust out of the norm," creating a premium look and feel for 16 diverse restaurant identities.every brand's "look and feel" remains consistent and elevated.
  • Asset Assembly: Neatly organize and package materials for distribution, ensuring 
  • Expert Meta Ads Knowledge: 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads with a history of measurable success. No training will be provided on the technical side of the platform.
  • Graphic Design Talent: A strong eye for design, typography, and layout. You must be highly proficient in Canva and capable of producing agency-quality work at volume.
  • Restaurant/B2C Experience: Previous experience marketing for restaurants, hospitality, or multi-location retail is a significant plus.
  • Fluent English: Professional written and verbal English skills to manage verbiage and coordinate with the US-based CMO.
  • Exclusivity: This is a dedicated, 40-hour-per-week role. You must not have other client obligations or "side jobs" during this engagement.
  • Autonomous Operator: You find satisfaction in "owning" your workflow. You don't wait for a checklist; you see the 16 brands and the 50 templates and you execute.
  • The "Elevator": You aren't just following a template; you are constantly looking for ways to make the creative work sharper and more engaging.
  • Creative Variety: Work across a diverse portfolio of 16 different restaurant brands, keeping the work fresh and dynamic.
