AI Product Engineer

The Company is a private, vetted community for high-growth founders and CEOs. Our members run companies with at least $3M in revenue, $3M in funding, or have had a prior exit of $10M+. The average Company member runs a business doing ~$23M in annual revenue.

The community is built around monthly Core groups of ~8 founders, 100+ annual events, and a digital community of 1,000+ members. The company is building the operating system for the next generation of founder communities.

We're hiring an AI Product Engineer to join the Tech Operations team. This is a role that blends product management with hands-on building, heavily leveraging AI tools to ship fast.

You'll own product initiatives end-to-end: gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and members, translating them into specs, and building solutions yourself using AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and Cursor. You won't be writing production code from scratch every day, you'll be using AI to move from idea to working software in hours, not weeks.

This role doesn't fit the traditional "PM" or "software developer" mold. We're looking for someone who thinks like a product person but is comfortable opening an IDE and shipping. If you've been building with AI tools and want a role that rewards that exact skill set, this is it.

You'll report to the Senior Tech Operations lead and work closely with our Automation Specialist and outsourced development partners.

• →Own and evolve our internal management system (Next.js + Supabase)
• →Coordinate with our external development shop on the Bubble-based member portal: scoping, prioritization, QA, and delivery
• →Run discovery conversations with internal stakeholders to surface needs and validate solutions
• →Use available AI tools to streamline daily operations.
• →Build and ship features using AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor)
• →Partner with the Tech Operations lead on prioritization, roadmap, and architectural decisions

• Excellent communication skills: able to run requirement-gathering and spec calls with internal stakeholders, drive alignment, and translate ambiguity into clarity
• Comfortable writing clear documentation: documentation is crucial for us: specs, technical notes, runbooks, and decision logs. You treat docs as part of shipping, not an afterthought.
• Proven experience building products with AI assistance: Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent are part of your daily workflow
• Strong product management instincts: discovery, prioritization, scoping, and shipping; you think in user problems before solutions
• Ability to ship on a Next.js + Supabase stack with AI assistance: you'll be expected to navigate the codebase, scope changes, and ship features primarily through AI-assisted tools.
