Position: AI Researcher
Compensation: $1,000 – $1,500 USD monthly

We are seeking a highly innovative and driven AI Researcher to lead the development and integration of artificial intelligence solutions across our organization. This is a key leadership role, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI tools and strategies that improve workflows, enhance productivity, and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI advancements, able to translate complex concepts into actionable business applications, and comfortable working independently to drive AI initiatives forward.

  Design and prototype AI solutions to address business challenges and improve internal processes.

  Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and propose AI-driven enhancements.

  Stay updated with the latest AI trends, models, and innovations to keep the organization at the forefront.

  Develop documentation and training materials to support the adoption of AI solutions by the team.

  Act as the AI champion, educating and supporting non-technical staff on AI applications.

  Lead small-scale AI integration projects from concept to implementation.

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Proven experience in AI research, development, or implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of AI models, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and automation tools.

• Ability to evaluate AI products and assess their fit for different business use cases.

• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of projects.
