Role: Appointment Setter
Location: Remote (Focusing on Philippines, South Africa, or LATAM)
Shift: US Pacific Standard Time (PST) – Morning and Afternoon shifts available
Compensation: $800-$1,000 Base + Uncapped Commission & KPI Bonuses (OTE: $1,540+ USD/mo)

Key Responsibilities:

• High-Volume Outreach: Execute a minimum of 275 outbound calls per day using our automated dialing system.
• Objection Handling: Confidently navigate pushback and pivot conversations to secure booked appointments.
• Conversion Targets: Maintain a 15%+ call-to-appointment conversion rate to stay on track with team goals.
• Data Integrity: Accurately track activities and update CRM records to ensure a seamless handoff to the closing team.

• Sales Grit: Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales, telemarketing, or debt collection. You are comfortable with "the grind."
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills. You must be relatable, confident, and able to build immediate rapport with US homeowners.
• KPI Obsessed: You are motivated by leaderboards. You enjoy the transparency of a role where your performance is measured in real-time.
• Resilience: You can handle a high volume of rejection and still bring maximum energy to every single dial.
• Technical Readiness: A stable, high-speed internet connection (50+ Mbps), a professional noise-canceling headset, and a quiet, dedicated home office.

• Experience with power dialers and CRM software.
• Ability to work strictly within US Pacific Standard Time (PST).
