About the Role
~1 min readWe are hiring a Creative Strategist to lead the development and execution of high-performing ad creatives.
This role is responsible for:
- Deciding what creative to test
- Sourcing and managing creative production
- Supporting execution and iteration
You will work closely with the Media Buyer to ensure creative output aligns with performance goals.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Develop and prioritize creative concepts for paid media campaigns
- Build structured testing roadmaps (hooks, angles, formats, messaging)
- Identify trends and winning patterns across campaigns
- Source creative assets from:
- UGC creators
- Freelancers
- Agencies
- Write briefs and manage production timelines
- Ensure creative output aligns with brand and performance goals
- Analyze performance data in partnership with the Media Buyer
- Identify top-performing creatives and iterate on them
- Continuously refine messaging, hooks, and formats
- Create or edit basic ad creatives when needed
- Use tools such as:
- Canva
- Adobe Suite (basic level)
- AI tools (Midjourney, CapCut, etc.)
- Make quick iterations for testing purposes
- Stay up-to-date with:
- Paid social trends
- UGC formats
- Competitor creatives
- Bring new ideas proactively to the team
- 2–5+ years of experience in:
- Creative strategy
- Performance marketing
- Paid social (Meta-focused)
- Strong understanding of what makes ads convert
- Experience working with UGC and direct response creatives
- Ability to analyze performance and iterate quickly
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in DTC / e-commerce brands
- Basic design or video editing skills
- Experience managing freelancers or creative partners
- Familiarity with TikTok and short-form video trends
- Consistent pipeline of new creative tests
- Clear improvement in ad performance driven by creative
- Fast iteration cycles and strong feedback loops
