Position : Demo Prep Manager (Technical) 

Work Hours (Client) : 9am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday

Pay Range : $1,800 – $2,500USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

The company provides real estate project management services. From multi-family development to office space transformations, we provide insider knowledge on what it takes to plan, budget, and manage successful real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Instance Setup: Configure feature flags, upload data, and triage backend errors to prepare Banner for high-stakes demos.
• Triage & Diagnosis: Identify why a data upload failed and fix it or escalate it efficiently.
• SOP Development: Create and maintain the "technical playbook" for demo preparation as the product evolves.

• Technical Literacy: You don't need to be a developer, but you must understand how backend systems, feature flags, and data structures work.
• Reliability: You must be "on-call" during demo-heavy weeks. While some weeks may be slow, you must deliver under pressure when a big demo is scheduled.
• Background: Experience in Tier 2/3 Software Support or Technical Implementation is ideal.
