Formwork & Shoring Detailer / Technical Coordinator - 62619525676

• Produce formwork and shoring shop drawings based on the selected systems.
• Prepare pour break drawings and preliminary layout drawings.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Material (BOM) from detailed drawings.
• Plot and assemble drawings in accordance with customer and engineering standards.

• Coordinate with customers and internal detailing teams to resolve drawing conflicts and technical issues.
• Prepare and manage RFIs (Requests for Information) to keep projects clear and unblocked.
• Participate in customer and internal meetings for technical coordination and delivery planning.
• Act as the professional liaison across multiple time zones (India, Spain, and the U.S.).

• Review final drawings for dimensional accuracy, clarity, and technical compliance.
• Perform internal quality checks, comparing production drawings against construction documents for consistency.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and drawings in Microsoft SharePoint.
• Support project scheduling and monitor submittal and delivery timelines, maintaining a clear record of RFIs and revisions.

• Education: Two-year technical degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in formwork, shoring, or structural detailing, or relevant specialized training.
• Bilingual: Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, written and verbal — this role communicates directly with clients and distributed teams.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar 2D/3D CAD software, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Availability: Reliable flexibility to work early EST hours, beginning at 4:00 AM EST.
• Detail & Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage documentation across global workstreams.

• BIM: Basic understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and workflows.
• Global Exposure: Experience working on international projects or with distributed global teams.
