Role: Lead Manager 

Priority Location: Remote, South Africa & Latin America (LATAM) 

Working Hours: 8AM - 5PM EST (Monday - Friday)

Salary Range: $2,500 –$3,000/ month

Type of contract: Independent Contractor 

We are a fast-growing, lean real estate investment company that purchases residential properties directly from homeowners. Unlike typical players in our industry, we are true cash buyers—not wholesalers. This allows us to close transactions quickly, build genuine trust with sellers, and deliver a seamless, stress-free experience.

The business was co-founded by a successful technology entrepreneur (who exited his last software company in 2021) and a seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of acquisition and renovation experience. Together, they have validated a highly profitable model, completed multiple successful acquisitions, and are now entering an exciting phase of scale.

As a lean organization, our founders currently manage capital allocation, property renovations, and day-to-day operations. We are now looking for our first foundational sales hire to own our lead management engine and work directly alongside the leadership team to scale the portfolio.

This is not a traditional, robotic appointment-setting or cold-calling gig.

You will be the primary voice of our brand. You will speak with homeowners navigating major life transitions and look to build long-term relationships with local real estate agents. Every inbound lead we generate is high-value (costing between $250 and $450). Your speed to lead, emotional intelligence, and ability to uncover deep seller motivation will directly impact our bottom line.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Management: Take end-to-end ownership of our specialized real estate CRM (REsimply).
  • Rapid Lead Response: Respond to all fresh inbound leads within five minutes during working hours.
  • Consultative Qualification: Conduct thoughtful, unscripted discovery conversations with homeowners to assess motivation, urgency, property condition, timeline, and deal viability.
  • Appointment Setting: Smoothly transition and schedule highly qualified opportunities for our acquisitions team.
  • Relentless Pipeline Management: Run persistent, multi-channel follow-up campaigns (calls, texts, emails) to re-engage dormant opportunities.
  • Deal Nurturing: Build relationships with prospects over weeks or months, ensuring we remain top-of-mind when they are ready to sell.

 

  • Outbound Agent Outreach: Proactively contact listing agents representing properties that have been sitting on the market.
  • Offer Presentation: Draft and submit professional offers, proof of funds, and company overview materials to local agents.
  • Referral Network Growth: Build credibility and rapport with local real estate agents to establish a reliable stream of off-market deal referrals.
  • Engage professionally with homeowners experiencing challenging life events (e.g., probate, inherited properties, divorce, financial hardship, or distressed homes).
  • Balance deep empathy and active listening with commercial logic to guide conversations toward actionable next steps.
  • Speed to Contact: 100% of warm inbound leads are called within 5 minutes of arrival.
  • Appointment Flow: A consistent, highly qualified stream of appointments is booked for the acquisitions team.
  • CRM Hygiene: The REsimply CRM is meticulously organized, with clear notes, accurate statuses, and active follow-up tasks.
  • Agent Network Expansion: Outbound agent relationships are consistently nurtured and yield secondary opportunities.
  • Founder Leverage: The founders are successfully freed from day-to-day lead triage to focus on capital deployment and scaling renovations.
  • Proven Real Estate Sourcing Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Investing (REI), wholesaling support, investor lead management, cash-buying acquisitions, or traditional real estate sales.
  • Elite Communication: Flawless written and spoken English with exceptional phone presence and the ability to think critically on your feet (no reliance on rigid scripts).
  • High Emotional Intelligence: Strong active listening and discovery skills; comfortable navigating sensitive and emotional conversations with distressed sellers.
  • CRM Discipline: Outstanding organizational skills and experience maintaining absolute CRM hygiene (REsimply or similar property CRM experience is highly preferred).
  • Resiliency: A proactive, self-managed work style with the emotional stamina to handle rejection constructively.
  • A quiet, dedicated home office space free from background noise.
  • A stable, high-speed fiber internet connection.
  • For South African Candidates: A reliable power backup solution (UPS/Inverter) to guarantee uninterrupted connectivity during localized power grid instability.
  • For LATAM Candidates: Working proficiency in Spanish is considered a strong advantage but is not strictly required.
