We are a fast-growing, women-founded personal care brand dedicated to bringing radical sustainability and transparency to the industry. Our products utilize one of the most eco-friendly fibers on earth—requiring significantly less water and land than traditional materials while offering natural antibacterial and odor-resistant properties.
With a presence in over 750+ retail locations across the U.S. and a thriving DTC business via our website and Amazon, we are scaling rapidly. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and execution-focused marketer to take ownership of our entire marketing ecosystem and help lead our next phase of growth.
The Brand & Growth Marketing generalist will own the end-to-end marketing strategy—from social media and digital advertising to email marketing, website optimization, and community building.
This is a "player-coach" role designed for someone who is both a high-level strategist and a hands-on executor. You will work closely with the founder and external creative partners to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retail sell-through.
Responsibilities

Manage the holistic marketing calendar and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

Execute initiatives that support both DTC growth and retail expansion.

Lead the brand's presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Create, schedule, and publish content while identifying and testing new channels (Pinterest, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor trends and develop high-engagement creative ideas.

Manage and optimize Meta and Google Ads.

Conduct A/B testing on creative and messaging to improve performance and CAC.

Track and report on key marketing metrics to drive data-backed decisions.

Own all Email and SMS marketing efforts.

Build and manage automated flows, promotional campaigns, and subscriber growth.

Oversee website updates and content within Shopify.

Manage landing page optimizations and coordinate with developers for larger technical updates.

Support the sales team by creating and maintaining marketing materials such as retail decks, sell sheets, and promotional flyers for distributors.

Build and manage our ambassador and community programs.

Develop strategic partnerships with creators and mission-aligned brands.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in CPG, wellness, beauty, or consumer brands.

The Tech Stack: Deep experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta/Google Ads Manager is required.

Subscription Experience: Familiarity with Recharge and Recart (or similar tools) is highly preferred.

Visual Sensibility: While not a design role, you should have a strong aesthetic eye and be comfortable using Canva or Figma to work within brand guidelines.

Execution-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take pride in "owning" your projects from start to finish.
