~1 min read- →Fill out and submit permit documents to the Office Manager
- →Request and follow up on surveys from customers
- →Confirm installation appointments and send job reminders
- →Track and follow up on the status of permits
- →Submit utility locates as needed
- →Answer incoming customer calls; schedule appointments, providing updates and addressing inquiries
- →Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in home services (HVAC, plumbing, fencing, or pools)
- Fencing industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (accent acceptable but thorough understanding required)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with remote work is a plus
