Position : Offsite Leasing Assistant

Work Hours (Client) : Tues-Sat 40 hour weeks covering PST

Pay Range : $1500 to $2000 USD/month (varies based on skill set and experience level)

Location of Search : Philippines, Latin America and South Africa

Work Location : Fully Remote

Role Overview

Join our team as a remote Offsite Leasing Assistant, driving occupancy and resident satisfaction in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment. You will manage the full leasing cycle, from inquiry to lease execution, and serve as a primary contact for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Respond to inquiries within 24 hours, manage pipelines, coordinate tours, and convert leads to leases.
• Resident Services: Handle inquiries, requests, and escalate maintenance concerns with excellent customer service.
• Marketing: Maintain and refresh online listings and manage social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Reporting: Maintain accurate leasing data, generate reports, and participate in team updates.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential property management leasing experience.
• Proven record of converting leads to leases.
• Proficiency in software such as Entrata, Yardi, AppFolio, or RealPage.
• Working knowledge of U.S. Fair Housing regulations.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills; skilled in phone-based rapport building.

Role Details

• Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Remote.
• Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday (Pacific Time coverage required).
