We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager & Marketing Support professional to oversee end-to-end project execution across multiple client accounts.
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering marketing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. You will act as the central point of communication between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring clarity, accountability, and high-quality execution at every stage.
You will also provide hands-on marketing support, including content coordination, light creative execution, and operational follow-through.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Build detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Run regular client meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, recaps, and follow-ups
- Send weekly client updates and progress summaries
- Ensure clients are informed of progress, changes, and next steps at all times
- Set up and manage projects in ClickUp (tasks, timelines, assignments, statuses)
- Track deadlines, priorities, and team workload across multiple projects
- Coordinate resources and assign tasks to appropriate team members
- Monitor project progress, budget usage, and deliverables
- Identify risks, delays, or scope changes and proactively communicate impacts
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Build simple graphics in Canva using templates or coordinate with designers
- Support email marketing campaigns (HubSpot): setup, formatting, scheduling, QA, approvals
- Assist blog publishing in HubSpot or WordPress
- Schedule and manage social media content across platforms
- Support webinar planning, coordination, and execution
- Assist with light video/podcast editing or coordinate with editors
- Maintain and organize content calendars and workflows
- Maintain organized project documentation and communication across tools
- Use ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and email daily
- Support HubSpot, Harvest, Descript, Canva, and related tools as needed
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and system access setup
Requirements
~1 min read- 3+ years experience in Project Management, Marketing Operations, or Account Management
- Strong client-facing project management experience in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- EST time zone alignment required
Nice to Have

- Agency or digital marketing background
- Experience with webinar production or multi-channel campaigns
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing workflows
