Role Description

This position is responsible for handling day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the finance department. The Finance Administrator ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while assisting in the smooth running of financial and accounting functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile financial statements and reports.
- Maintain and update financial records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Assist in budget preparation, expense monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve invoicing and payment issues.
- Prepare bank deposits, handle petty cash, and reconcile bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, scheduling, and document management.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Compensation
$ 900 - $ 1,500 per month, paid in USD depending on experience.

- Independent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.
